About Cami Silver

Cami was born and raised in Charlotte and began her Real Estate journey back in February 2007, in St. Augustine, FL shortly before the market crash. She quickly became an expert in distressed properties and short sales and used this to help numerous families navigate those incredibly challenging times while developing deep friendships with her colleagues and clients. After 18 years in Florida, Cami made the decision to move back to the Charlotte area to be closer to her family.

After settling in Lake Norman, Cami actualized her passion for food and cooking by working as a private and personal chef, but soon returned to her true calling: Real Estate. Cami began selling real estate in Lake Norman and was soon introduced to her now husband.

Cami relocated to Asheville in 2015 and has been happily selling Real Estate all over Buncombe, Haywood and Henderson Counties. Cami enjoys working with everyone, whether it's selling a home to downsize or upsize, working with first time home buyers, investors, or people looking to relocate. She has extensive knowledge of the area and prides herself on attention to detail, keen negotiating skills, and excellent communication. Since moving to Asheville, Cami has sold more than $37 million in real estate volume.

She has several Real Estate Designations, including Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI) , Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), At Home With Diversity (AHWD) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

Her professional memberships include; Land of the Sky Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, and Carolina Multiple Listing Service
