Most were competent and professional in their work. Cami Ferguson Silver the agent who represented me in the recent purchase of a condo in Asheville is by far the best of the best. Beyond being highly competent and professional in her duties she listens carefully to the needs of her client and possesses an intuitive capacity for how best to meet those needs. Furthermore throughout our relationship she exhibited a level of genuine caring and support in all of our interactions during what was a particularly stressful and difficult purchase process conducted during the height of the pandemic between February and May of this year. In addition to the obstacles presented by the pandemic the process was further complicated by the fact that I was living in Vero Beach Florida and my age put me in one of the high risk categories for the virus. This meant that I had to rely almost completely on Cami for information and advice in guiding me through the many choices and decisions I had to make virtually sight unseen throughout the purchase process. I can say without hesitation that from my initial contact with Cami to the day of closing my complete faith and trust in her was totally justified. In fact I still rely on her advice for local information as I continue the process of adapting to my new home in Asheville. In sum I cannot imagine anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Asheville area finding a better agent to work with than Cami Ferguson Silver.
